- An Order dated October 25, 2010 granting Groia & Company’s request to be removed as counsel of record for L. Jeffrey Pogachar and Paola Lombardi; and
- An Order dated October 25, 2010 adjourning the hearing dates to April 4-15, 2011 except April 5, 2011 peremptory to the Respondents with or without counsel.
