The Capital Markets Tribunal publishes metrics which measure Tribunal activities. Tribunal metrics are published quarterly and annually:
Metrics for Issuing Reasons for Decisions
The Tribunal aims to issue reasons for its decisions promptly, while allowing sufficient time for proper deliberation and writing of the reasons. The Tribunal expects to issue 80% of its reasons within 90 days of receipt of the last written or oral submissions of the parties. Some reasons for decision may take longer due to the nature of the hearing, including the number of: allegations, parties, interests asserted, hearing days or panel members, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
