TORONTO – Following the hearing held on July 20, 2011, the Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

  1. pursuant to subsection 127(1)2, trading in any securities by the Respondents shall cease permanently;

  2. pursuant to subsection 127(1)2.1, the acquisition of any securities by the Respondents shall cease permanently; and

  3. pursuant to subsection 127(1)3, any exemptions in Ontario securities law do not apply to the Respondents permanently.
