TORONTO – Following a hearing held yesterday, the Commission issued as Order which provides that (1) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, the Temporary Cease Trade Order is extended until March 8, 2010; and (2) the hearing with respect to this matter is adjourned to March 5, 2010, at 10:00 a.m.
