The purpose of this proceeding is to consider the application dated February 26, 2026, made by Peter Michael Deeb to review decisions of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization dated April 14, 2025, and February 3, 2026.

The hearing set for the date and time indicated above is the first case management hearing in this proceeding, as described in subsection 17(6) of the Capital Markets Tribunal Rules of Procedure.
