ORDER
(Subsections 127(8) and 127(1) of the Securities Act, RSO 1990 c S.5 (the Act))
WHEREAS on June 30, 2020, the Ontario Securities Commission held a hearing by teleconference to consider an application by Staff of the Commission (Staff) to extend a temporary order dated June 17, 2020, against the Respondents;
ON READING the materials filed by Staff, on hearing the submissions of the representative for Staff, and on considering that the Respondents do not oppose the making of this order;
IT IS ORDERED:
- pursuant to subsection 127(8) and paragraph 2 of subsection 127(1) of the Act, that until September 30, 2020, all trading in any securities by the Respondents shall cease; and
- pursuant to subsection 127(8) and paragraph 3 of subsection 127(1) of the Act, that until September 30, 2020, any exemptions contained in Ontario securities law do not apply to the Respondents.
