ORDER
WHEREAS on May 27, 2020, the Ontario Securities Commission (the Commission) held a hearing by teleconference;
ON HEARING the submissions of the representative for Staff of the Commission (Staff) and the representative for Bradley Jones, and of Peter Cooper on behalf of MOAG Copper Gold Resources Inc., and no one participating on behalf of Gary Brown;
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
- Staff shall serve and file written submissions on sanctions and costs by no later than June 17, 2020;
- the Respondents shall serve and file written submissions on sanctions and costs, if any, by no later than July 8, 2020; and
- the hearing with respect to sanctions and costs will commence on July 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., or on such other date and time as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
