ORDER

WHEREAS on August 4, 2026, the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing at 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, to consider a motion filed by Fenton Law Barristers to be removed as counsel of record for Jason Cloth;

ON READING the materials filed by Fenton Law Barristers and hearing the submissions of their representative; the Ontario Securities Commission advising that it takes no position on the motion; and neither Cloth nor Creative Wealth Media Finance Corp. appearing;

IT IS ORDERED, for reasons to follow, that:

1. subject to Fenton Law Barristers fulfilling the condition in paragraph 2, their motion to be removed as counsel of record for Cloth is granted; and
2. Fenton Law Barristers shall serve a copy of this Order on Cloth and serve and file an affidavit regarding such service, which affidavit shall include a copy of the email serving Cloth with this Order and a copy of prior email(s) providing Cloth with notice of the hearing of the motion.
