ORDER

WHEREAS the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing in writing to consider a request from Lisa Langley and Emerge Canada Inc. to extend timelines for expert reports set out in the Tribunal’s Order dated February 20, 2026;

ON READING the correspondence of Lisa Langley on her own behalf and on behalf of Emerge Canada Inc. and the correspondence from the Ontario Securities Commission advising that the Commission does not oppose the time extension, and noting that the other respondents, Desmond Alvares, Marie Rounding, Monique Hutchins, Bruce Friesen, did not take a position on the request for a time extension;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. the parties shall serve any expert reports according to the following schedule:
    1. by 4:30 pm on March 2, 2026, Lisa Langley and Emerge Canada Inc. shall serve any expert reports;
    2. by 4:30 pm on March 18, 2026, any other party shall serve its responding expert reports, if any; and
    3. by 4:30 pm on March 21, 2026 Lisa Langley and Emerge Canada Inc. shall serve their reply expert reports, if any.
