ORDER

(Section 17 of the Securities Act, RSO 1990, c S.5, subsection 2(2) of the Tribunal Adjudicative Records Act, 2019, SO 2019, c 7, Sch 60, and subrule 8(4) of the Capital Markets Tribunal Rules of Procedure)

WHEREAS the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing in writing to consider the Ontario Securities Commission’s request to update the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on the status of this application for an order authorizing the Commission to disclose certain information to the Court pursuant to s. 17 of the Securities Act;

ON READING the materials filed by the Commission;

IT IS ORDERED that:

  1. the Commission is authorized to disclose to the Court the fact of, status of and schedule of this application; and
  2. under subsection 2(2) of the Tribunal Adjudicative Records Act, 2019, and rule 8(4) of the Capital Markets Tribunal Rules of Procedure, the Commission’s materials are confidential and shall not be disclosed to the public.
