ORDER

WHEREAS the Ontario Securities Commission held a hearing in writing to consider a request from the respondents to vary the schedule for the sanctions and costs hearing in this proceeding as set out in the Commission’s order of February 23, 2022;

ON READING the request, and on considering that Staff consents to the making of this order;

IT IS ORDERED THAT paragraphs 2 to 4 of the February 23, 2022, order are varied as follows:

  1. the respondents shall serve and file written evidence, if any, and submissions on sanctions and costs, by 4:30 p.m. on May 5, 2022;
     
  2. Staff shall serve and file reply written evidence and submissions on sanctions and costs, if any, by 4:30 p.m. on May 12, 2022; and
     
  3. an oral attendance with respect to sanctions and costs is scheduled for
    June 17, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., by videoconference, or on such other date and time as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
