ORDER

WHEREAS the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing in writing to consider a request to amend the schedule set by the Order issued on March 16, 2022;

ON READING the joint request of the representatives for Staff of the Commission and Aux Cayes Fintech Co. Ltd. for an amended schedule for the exchange of expert reports and related steps in this proceeding;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. the parties shall serve their expert reports according to the following amended schedule:
   1. Respondent’s expert report by May 9, 2022,
   2. Staff’s expert report, if any, by July 11, 2022, and
   3. Respondent’s reply expert report, if any, by July 29, 2022; and
2. by May 24, 2022, Staff shall inform the Registrar whether an attendance is necessary to discuss any issues arising from the Respondent’s expert report; if so, that attendance will be heard by videoconference on May 31, 2022, beginning at 3:30 p.m., or on such other date and time as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Governance & Tribunal Secretariat.
