ORDER

WHEREAS on July 17, 2026, the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing by videoconference to set a schedule for the confidential application of the Ontario Securities Commission;

ON HEARING the submissions of the representatives for each of the Ontario Securities Commission, David Sharpe, Andrew Mushore, and no one appearing for Natasha Sharpe, and on reading the subsequent correspondence from the Ontario Securities Commission, David Sharpe and Andrew Mushore;

IT IS ORDERED that:

  1. by 4:30 p.m. on August 10, 2026, the respondents shall serve and file responding application records, if any;
  2. by 4:30 p.m. on August 26, 2026, the Commission shall serve and file its written submissions and reply application record, if any;
  3. by 4:30 p.m. on September 9, 2026, the respondents shall serve and file responding written submissions; and
  4. by 4:30 p.m. on September 16, 2026, the Commission shall serve and file its reply written submissions, if any.
